Call 678-301-2565Location & availability
Is a nearby landmark enough?
Add the actual street, entrance or parking position. A park, station or business destination may differ from the car or private door. The area guides explain useful local examples.
Is there a guaranteed response time?
No fixed response time is promised here. Call with the physical address and requested work to confirm current availability and timing.
What if someone is in immediate danger?
Contact emergency services first. A locksmith availability discussion is not a substitute for an emergency response.
Keys & doors
Is rekeying the same as replacing a lock?
Rekeying changes key control for suitable existing hardware; replacement changes hardware. Condition, compatibility and the desired result need to be discussed. See rekeying information.
Does a new key fix a door that will not latch?
Do not assume it does. Describe the latch, handle and key behavior separately. The lock repair page explains useful observations.
Can I change a shared entrance?
Establish who is responsible and authorized first. A common entrance may have a different approval arrangement from a private unit door.
Vehicles, garages & estimates
Are all vehicle keys supported?
Support depends on the make, model, year and key system. Give those details and whether a working key remains. Read the replacement key information.
Does garage repair include a new door installation?
Not automatically. This site describes residential repair requests. Confirm the actual equipment and task; new installation and industrial or commercial overhead work are not assumed.
Does changing a house key reset a garage remote?
Do not assume that result. Physical locks, remote controls and keypads can be independent systems. The garage guide explains the distinction.
How do I compare an estimate?
Ask which assessment, labor, keys, devices and parts are included, and how extra work would be approved. Use the pricing questions to define the scope.
Tell us what changed.
We’ll start there.
Give the address, the affected door or vehicle and the result you need. Call to discuss support, current availability and the scope before approval.
